The internal tracking tool gives our clients the option to view random screenshots and see the time contributed to their project. With this option you’ll be able to check the status of your freelancer anytime.

The only thing left to do is to evaluate the work before submission and analyze freelancer’s output vs. time ratio.

Pay for quality results

We operate with a unique payment system, which has been created to establish strong working relationships, based on trust and confidence.

The payment system we apply makes the transaction process safe and fair. Clients complete the payment release, calculated and based on the freelancer’s performed working hours weekly. The mentioned amount stays on the Escrow account till the client’s approval of the completed task, milestone or project. The payment gets released only after the work has been confirmed by the client.

Language and communication skills

The first step in the selection process is a comprehensive language, personality and communication interview. Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English extremely well. Besides, we also probe into the inner depths of personality traits, looking for passionate and driven individuals who are hands-on and fully engaged in their work.

Personal and interpersonal skills

We have some case questions for our candidates in order to understand what their behavior can be like in critical, stressful or unpredicted situations. This way, we can be sure that they are the best match for us, as we typically only accept candidates with exceptional results.

Professionalism

Not relying on polished portfolios and CVs, our team conducts deep professional interviews with each and every freelancer on our platform, ensuring that their technical, reporting and disciplinary skills match our standards. We pay attention on depth of experience, problem-solving ability, communication ability and creativity.

Test assignment

Each candidate is assigned a test project to evaluate whether they can “walk the walk and not just talk the talk”. Test projects provide real-world scenarios for candidates to demonstrate their competences, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity.

Time-vs-result analysis

Based on our test assignments we conduct time-vs-result analysis, which is crucial not only for fair money spent by clients, but also for Ithire’s availability and for guaranteeing the same level of productivity in all our teams gathered by clients.

Project manager as your key to success

Our platform gives clients the opportunity to have Project Managers certified and controlled by Ithire involved in their projects. All you need to do is just choose one and delegate the management of your project. This doesn’t limit the client from communicating to developers directly. You are free to give questions, suggestions, or anything else. Your communication is up to you.

Here is how it works: Project Manager contacts the client, introduces his portfolio and experience. After hiring a project manager, client has two options: either to choose a freelancer or let the Project Manager do that based on his previous experience and client requirements. PM keeps close communication with all development team members, does task breakdown, sprint planning, monitors the work of developers. PM also gives on-demand updates and reports to client, specifying the performed work and asking for more info if needed. This whole process has already made thousands of clients satisfied saving their time and money.
