Payment Protection Policy for Clients

  • Clients can review freelancer’s activity via checking the screenshots available on the dashboard and approve the weekly payments;
  • In case of inconsistency between the task and the screenshots provided, the client can Report the case and get a refund on the freelancer’s mismatching hours tracked.

Payment Protection Policy for Freelancers

Freelancers track working hours via Ithire Time Tracking application;

Meeting the requirements of the Hourly Protection Policy, the freelancers will receive payments accordingly.

Freelancers can report the case if the client declines the payment for no apparent reason.
